Fill in the onboarding form — your background, skills, goals, and what you want to build. This shapes your journey on the platform.

Once onboarded and email verified, you officially become a React Aligarh Participant. Your profile goes live and your journey starts.

A structured 30-day journey with daily checkpoints, tasks, and proof submissions. Complete it to earn the 152/202 points needed for Membership.

Cross 152 out of 202 points with email verified — Member status unlocks. This is where the real work begins.

Pick your interested domain (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, etc.) and a subdomain within it. This targets your assessment and project recommendations.

A timed, Redis-backed assessment with anti-cheat WebSocket monitoring. Questions span four difficulty tiers curated by domain mentors.

Your score maps to a skill level — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert. This level gates which projects you see and matches you to the right mentor.

A curated list of real-world projects aligned with your current skill level and domain. Not toy apps — things that go on your portfolio.

Pick any one project from your list. Read the brief, scope, and deliverables. Once you pick, it's yours to own.

A domain mentor is assigned to you. They guide you through architecture decisions, code reviews, and blockers — ~7 hrs/week flexible mentorship.

Start building. Ship code, push commits, iterate. Your mentor is with you throughout. This is where proof of work is created.

Submit your completed project. The RA team reviews it for quality, completeness, and real-world applicability.

Approved projects are published on the RA platform publicly. Anyone — companies, community members — can verify this as your validated proof of work.

After building a real project, take a reassessment to check your new skill level. Track your actual growth — not just certificates.

Members with strong proof of work and platform contribution can be invited to join the RA core team — Tech, Content, Community, or Ops.

RA will partner with companies to surface verified candidates directly from member proof-of-work portfolios. No resume fluff — just real validated work.
